Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are for Internet-related services provided by Moyuum (www.moyuum-th.com) operated by Lillyman Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Moyuum”) (hereinafter “Family Site”). The purpose is to define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Family Site and users in using the hereinafter “Service”).
Article 2 (Definition)
“Family Site” means that Moyum may trade goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) using information communication facilities such as computers, TVs, and mobile devices to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) to users. It refers to a virtual business place set up so that it can be used, and is also used as a business operator operating cyber.com.
“User” refers to members and non-members who access the Family Site and receive the services provided by the Family Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Family Site, continuously receives information from the Family Site, and can continue to use the services provided by the Family Site.
“Non-member” refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Family Site without subscribing to membership.

Article 3 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
These Terms and Conditions can be amended at any time, and if the Terms and Conditions are to be amended, Moyum shall be aware of the fact that the Terms and Conditions will be amended 7 days prior to the date on which the revised Terms and Conditions are to be applied (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”). Revised contents, etc. are notified to members by one or more of the methods stipulated in each of the following subparagraphs. However, if the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the member, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance.

In the event that Moyum notifies members of the fact that these Terms and Conditions have been revised and the revised contents by e-mail notification or written notification, it will be notified to the most recently provided e-mail address or address provided by the member. In this case, Moyum shall be deemed to have completed a legitimate notification.
The terms and conditions amended according to these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “revised terms and conditions”) are, in principle, effective from the effective date toward the future.
Regarding the revision of these Terms and Conditions, if the member does not raise an objection by the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions, it is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms and Conditions.
The notice method and effect of notice in this regulation apply mutatis mutandis to the case of individual or overall notice stipulated in each article of these terms and conditions.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
Moyum provides the following services.
Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of a purchase contract
Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded
Other services specified by Moyum
Moyum may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided by contracts to be concluded in the future in case of out of stock of goods or services or changes in technical specifications. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery are specified and the contents of the current goods or services are notified without delay to the place where they are posted.
If the content of the service contracted with the user is changed for reasons such as out of stock of goods or changes in technical specifications, Moyum will notify the reason without delay to the e-mail address or address that can be notified to the user.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, Moyum compensates for damages suffered by the user. However, this is not the case if Moyum proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 5 (Member Registration)
A user who wishes to register as a member must register a member ID and password as determined by Moyum. However, when registering a member ID and password, it is automatically registered on the family site according to Moyum’s ONE PASS service and can be integrated and used.
Users apply for membership by filling out the registration form set by the Family Site and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
In principle, the responsibility for managing the member ID and password rests with the member, and if the member recognizes that his or her member ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, he or she must immediately notify the company and follow the instructions. We do not bear any legal responsibility for damages caused by the theft of a member’s member ID and password without cause attributable to Moyum.
Among the users who have applied to join as a member as in paragraphs 1 or 2, Moyum will register as a member unless it falls under any of the following items.
If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership in accordance with these terms and conditions, except for those who have passed 3 years after losing membership and obtained approval for membership re-registration from Moyum.
If there is falsehood, omission, or typo in the registration information
If it is judged that registering as a member is significantly impeding Moyum’s technology.
If it is significantly difficult to accept use due to other reasons
The time when the membership subscription contract is established is when Moyuum’s approval reaches the member.
Article 6 (Withdrawal from Membership and Loss of Qualification)
A member may request withdrawal from Moyum at any time, and Moyum will immediately process the withdrawal.
If a member falls under any of the following reasons, Moyum may restrict or suspend membership.
When false information is registered when applying for membership
When the payment for goods purchased using the family site or other debts borne by the member in relation to the use of the family site are not paid on due date
Other people’s family members Threatening the order of e-commerce, such as interfering with the use of the site or stealing the information
In the case of using the family site to prohibit the law or this agreement, or to act contrary to public order and morals
Posting obscene materials on the screen of the family site In the case of linking pornographic sites
After Moyum restricts or suspends membership, if the same action is repeated twice or more, or if the cause is not corrected within 30 days, Moyum may lose membership.
If Moyum loses membership, membership registration is canceled. In this case, the member is notified of this and given an opportunity to explain by setting a period of at least 30 days before membership registration is canceled.
Article 7 (Suspension of Service)
Moyum may temporarily suspend the provision of service in the event of maintenance, replacement or failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, TVs, and mobile devices, or loss of communication.
If Moyum wants to suspend the family site service for the reason of Paragraph 1, Moyum notifies the member of the suspension of service by e-mail or posting on the family site.
Moyum compensates for damages suffered by members or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision. However, this is not the case if Moyum proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 8 (Purchase Request)
Family site users apply for purchase on the Family site by the following or similar methods, and Moyum must provide each of the following information in an easy-to-understand manner when the user applies for purchase. However, if you are a member, you can exclude the application of items 2 through 4.

Article 9 (Establishment of Contract)
Moyum may not accept the purchase request as in Article 8 if it falls under any of the following items.
In case there is falsehood, omission, or typo in the contents of the application
In case the transaction is purchased for the purpose of commercial activity (resale), or if the transaction is judged to be a purchase for the purpose of commercial activity (resale)
In case of other purchase applications If it is judged that acceptance is significantly impeded by Moyum’s technology
If a minor applies for purchase without the consent of the legal representative
The contract is considered to be concluded when Moyum’s consent reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice in Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 1.
Article 10 (Payment Method)
The payment method for goods or services purchased on the Family Site can be made by combining one or more of the following items.
Account transfer
Credit card payment
QR Payment
Payment method set by Moyum, such as payment by electronic payment method
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, Moyum may limit the method of payment depending on the nature of the goods or services supplied, and in this case, members will be notified in advance so that they can check before applying for purchase.
Article 11 (Change and Cancellation of Purchase Request)
If a member wishes to change or cancel a purchase application, the member may request the change or cancellation of the purchase request to Moyum within the period set by Moyum. However, in the case of some goods or services designated by Moyum, the change or cancellation of the purchase application may be restricted, and if the payment has already been made, the provisions for withdrawal of subscription, etc. in Articles 14 and 15 of these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
Article 12 (Supply of goods, etc.)
Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the supply period of goods, etc., Moyum provides custom-made, packaging, etc. Take other necessary actions. However, if Moyum has already received all or part of the payment for goods, etc., measures will be taken within 5 business days from the date of receipt of all or part of the payment. However, this is not the case if there is a separate agreement regarding the supply period of goods, etc. between the user and the model.
For the goods purchased by the user, Moyum specifies the delivery method, the person responsible for the delivery cost by method, and the delivery period by method. If Moyum exceeds the contracted delivery period, it must compensate the user for damages caused by it. However, this is not the case if Moyum proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 13 (Refund)
If the goods, etc. requested by the user for purchase cannot be delivered or provided due to reasons such as out of stock, Moyum immediately notifies the user of the reason for the purchase, and if the payment for the goods, etc. has been received in advance, Refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt or take necessary measures for refund.
Article 14 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)
A user who has signed a contract for the purchase of goods, etc. with Moyum may withdraw the subscription within 7 days from the date of supply of goods, etc. for exchange or return due to customer change of mind or order error. there is.
Users cannot return or exchange goods, etc. if they fall under any of the following subparagraphs.
If goods are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (However, if the packaging, etc. is damaged to check the contents of goods, etc., the subscription can be withdrawn.)
Goods due to use or consumption by the user
If the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased over time to such an extent that it is difficult to resell
If it is possible to reproduce goods with the same performance, if the packaging of the original goods, etc. is damaged
Other cases prescribed by the Presidential Decree for the safety of transactions.
Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the goods, etc. are different from the contents of the display or advertisement or the contents of the contract are performed differently, the user shall be aware of the fact within 3 months from the date of supply of the goods, etc. You can withdraw your subscription within 30 days from the date or the date you were able to know.
Article 15 (Effect of Cancellation of Subscription, etc.)
In case goods are returned from users, Moyum refunds the goods already paid within 14 business days.
In refunding the above amount, when a user pays for goods, etc. with a credit card or other payment method prescribed by the Presidential Decree, Moyum requests the business operator that provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the payment for goods, etc. without delay. do.
In the case of withdrawal of subscription, etc., the cost required to return the goods supplied shall be borne by the user.
If goods, etc. have already been partially used or partially consumed, the amount of money equivalent to the profit obtained by the consumer through the use or partial consumption of the goods, etc. or the cost incurred in supplying the goods, etc., within the range prescribed by the Presidential Decree. can be charged to the user for payment.
Article 16 (Operation of coupon and deposit system)
Moyum or the seller may issue discount coupons to members who use the purchase service to receive a discount of a certain amount or a certain percentage when purchasing products. Discount coupons collectively refer to all coupons to which discounts apply.
Members can use discount coupons only for their own purchases, and under no circumstances can they actually sell or transfer them to others.
The use of discount coupons may be restricted depending on the item or amount, and cannot be used after the expiration date.
If a refund is made due to cancellation or return after purchasing a product using a discount coupon, in principle, the discount coupon can be reused.
Deposit refers to the amount deposited by the member in Moyum for service use.
If the member cancels the service payment, the deposit will be deposited as follows.
– If you paid by deposit, we will deposit the canceled amount again.
– If you paid by bank transfer, the canceled amount will be refunded as a deposit.
Members can use the deposit as a payment method when using the service.
When a member withdraws, it is impossible to use the deposit at the same time as the member withdraws. Moyum informs members that if they have a deposit, they cannot use the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
Article 17 (Operation of Point System)
Moyum may grant certain points to members according to activities such as participation in events by members.
Members can use the points as a means of payment when purchasing goods on the Moyum family site, and Moyum separately posts or notifies matters regarding the standards for accumulation of points, methods of use, expiration dates and restrictions on the service screen. Terms of use of points may vary according to Moyum’s policy.
The validity period of points is, in principle, 1 year after conversion/accumulation, and if not used during the validity period, they will be extinguished sequentially. However, the validity period of points paid through marketing or other promotions or with advance special contracts (including prior notice) may be set separately.
Points cannot be refunded in cash, and will expire when the period of use expires or the contract of use is terminated.
Members cannot transfer the accumulated points to a third party or other ID, and cannot be traded for a fee or converted into cash.
Moyum may limit the use of points or cancel purchase applications using points, and may suspend membership if points are acquired by fraudulent methods such as methods not approved by the member or provision of false information, or used for fraudulent purposes or purposes. can.
Unused points accumulated upon membership withdrawal will be immediately extinguished, and the lapsed points will not be restored even if the member rejoins after withdrawal.
Article 18 (Obligations of Moyum)
Moyum does not engage in acts prohibited by the law and these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and does its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions.
The company must have a security system to protect users’ personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the Internet service safely.
The company does not send commercial e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want.
Article 19 (Obligations of Users)
Users must not engage in the following acts.
Registration of false information when applying or changing
Stealing other people’s information
Unauthorized change or deletion of information posted on the family site
Transmission of information (computer programs, etc.) Posting
Violation of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of Moyum and other third parties
Acts that damage the reputation of Moyum and other third parties or interfere with business
Obscene or violent messages, video, voice, and other public order and morals
Disclosing or posting objectionable information on the family site
Canceling the purchase after receiving the product and receiving a refund in advance, but refusing to return the product, or canceling the purchase before returning the product, but not paying the product price again
Article 20 (Ownership of Copyright and Restriction on Use)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by Moyum belong to Moyum.
The user shall not use or allow a third party to use the information obtained through the use of the family site for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without the prior consent of Moyum. It’s not possible.
In the case that Moyum uses the copyright belonging to the user according to the agreement, the user must be notified.
Article 21 (Duty to protect personal information)
Moyum actively protects the personal information of its members and enacts and complies with the Moyum Privacy Policy to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. there is. Article 22 (Disclaimer)
Moyum is exempted from liability for damages caused by natural disasters, wars, or other socially unavoidable reasons, such as when the service cannot be provided, or when damages occur due to the user’s negligence or intention.
Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)
Moyum installs and operates the Customer Satisfaction Center, a damage compensation handling organization, to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for the damages.
Moyum preferentially handles complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the reason and processing schedule will be notified to the user without delay.
In the case of a user’s application for damage relief in relation to an e-commerce dispute between Moyum and a user, mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or a dispute mediation agency requested by the provincial governor may be followed.
Article 24 (Governing Law and Competent Court)
If a dispute arises between Moyum and the user in relation to these terms and conditions and the use of the service, each party will do its best to resolve it amicably.
The litigation relating to the e-commerce dispute between Moyum and the user shall be governed by the law of the user’s residence at the time of the filing of the lawsuit. However, if the user’s residence is not clear or if a lawsuit is filed by a non-resident foreigner, it shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Korea.
If a lawsuit is filed regarding an e-commerce dispute between Moyum and a user, it will be under the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the address of the defendant at the time of filing the lawsuit. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of filing the lawsuit, or if a non-resident foreigner is filed, it will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
