Change, Refund and Cancellation of Purchase Application

If a member wishes to change or cancel a purchase request, he or she may request the change or cancellation of the purchase request from Moyuum within a period determined by Moyuum. However, for some goods or services designated by Moyoum, change or cancellation of purchase application may be restricted, and if payment has already been made, the provisions regarding cancellation of subscription, etc. in Articles 14 and 15 of these Terms and Conditions shall apply.

Refund

If Moyoum is unable to deliver or provide the goods that a user has applied for purchase due to reasons such as out of stock, Moyoum will notify the user of the reason without delay and refund the price if payment for the goods, etc. has been received in advance. We will refund you within 3 business days from the date of receipt or take the necessary steps to obtain a refund.

Withdrawal

1. Users who have entered into a contract with Moyum for the purchase of goods, etc. may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods, etc. for exchanges and returns due to customer change of mind or order error. there is.
2. When a user receives goods, etc., they cannot be returned or exchanged in any of the following cases.
   • If the goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (However, if the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to check the contents of the goods, etc., the subscription may be withdrawn.)
   • 2. The goods are lost or damaged due to the user’s use or partial consumption.
   • 3. If the value of the goods, etc. has decreased significantly
     over time to the extent that resale is difficult.
   • If the packaging of the original goods, etc. has been damaged if reproduction is possible with goods with the same performance.
   • Other cases prescribed by Presidential Decree for the security of transactions.
3. Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the goods, etc. are different from the contents of the indication or advertisement or are implemented differently from the contents of the contract, the user must become aware of the fact within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods, etc. You can cancel your subscription within 30 days from the date or the date you became aware of it.

Effect of withdrawal of subscription, etc.

1.  If goods are returned by the user, Moyoum will refund the amount already paid for the goods, etc. within 3 business days. In this case, when Moyoum delays the refund of goods, etc. to the user, delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay period by the delay interest rate prescribed by the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “delay compensation”) is paid. do.
2. In refunding the above amount, if the user paid for the goods, etc. using a credit card or other payment method prescribed by the Presidential Decree, Moyoum requests the business operator who provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the billing for the goods, etc. without delay. do.
3. In the case of withdrawal of subscription, etc., the cost necessary to return the supplied goods, etc. shall be borne by the user.
4. In cases where goods, etc. have already been partially used or partially consumed, the profit is an amount within the range prescribed by Presidential Decree, which is equivalent to the profit obtained by the consumer through the use or partial consumption of the goods, etc. or the cost incurred in supplying the goods, etc. Payment may be requested from the user.
